Aula Magna
The institute's "Aula Magna" was the hall where the most important physiology's classes were taken.
In this hall were taken lectures on neural-stimulation on alive animals' brains. Test subjects could be sedated with the anesthesia pipe on the desk itself in this hall.
Was in this Aula Magna that a symposium for Moruzzi's retirement took place and which was attended by many important scientists.
In the "Aula Magna" students can still attend physiology classes but experiments are no longer performed here.
Moruzzi is the second from the left in the first row.
