Carlo Curzio's memorial tablet

This marble tablet remembering Carlo Curzio's first description of scleroderma in 1753 can be seen near the entrance to the central building of the Ospedale degli Incurabili in Naples (Via Maria Longo, 50). The tablet was unveiled in 1981 on the initiative of Mario Giordano, Stephanie Jablonska and Gerald P. Rodnan.
