Filippo Franchini's monument

This memorial of Filippo Franchini can be seen, together with the one of Giuseppe Dagnini outside the great hall of the Ospedale Maggiore in Bologna (Largo Bartolo Nigrisoli, 2).

Under the bronze medalion representing the physician one can read a date (1931) and a name (Verony or Veronyo?), possibly the one of the sculptor.
