Francisco Cambournac's memorial tablet

This marble tablet in honor of Francisco Cambournac can be seen in the Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical, Lisbon. Cambournac was the Director of the Institute from 1964 to 1973¹.

The Portuguese inscription reads as follows: "HOMENAGEM DO / INSTITUTO DE HIGIENE E MEDICINA TROPICAL / AO PROFESSOR / FRANCISCO CARRASQUEIRO CAMBOURNAC / 24 DE ABRIL DE 1986".
