Giuseppe Testa's portrait

The portrait of Giuseppe Testa can be seen in the fifth room on the left of the north side of Martina Franca's Ducal Palace (Piazza Roma).
It was made in the second half of the Nineteenth Century by an unknown artist; it represents the famous surgeon, Giuseppe Testa, with his left hand on a skull during an Anatomy lesson.
