Museo Virtuale della Scuola Medica Salernitana
On Friday 18th December 2009, in Salerno (via Mercanti), the Virtual Museum of the Medical Schola Salernitana has been inaugurated, inside the former church of ''San Gregorio Magno''. The visit of the museum, which goes on through excellent iconographical material, gives the visitors the possibility of interacting with the subjects of the exposition through a virtual interactive theatre. The visitors can also admire, thanks to a glass floor, surgical instruments and tools which have been used in the last centuries by the doctors of the Medical Schola Salernitana.
