Rocco Jemma's birthplace

Rocco Jemma was born in this house of Laureana di Borrello (via Marafioti, 11). Although the building is quite dilapidated a great memorial tablet remembers the pediatrician. It was unveiled in 1952 by the Società Medico Chirurgica Calabrese, whose President from 1931 to 1949 was Jemma himself.
