Salerno Medical School Last Site

As remembered by a memorial tablet on the facade, this building of Salerno (Largo Plebiscito n. 12) was the last site of the Salerno Medical School. The ancient school was closed in 1811 by the then King of Naples, Gioacchino Murat, who transferred it to Naples.
