Severo Ochoa's monument

This monument to the memory of Severo Ochoa was sculpted by scientist's nephew, Victor Ochoa, and is currently located in front of the Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Complutense in Madrid. It was inaugurated on July 3, 1992, by Spanish king and queen. Ochoa was student and then professor at this School of Medicine.
