"Vaccination contre la typhoïde des jeunes reclutes" by Jean Larrivé

This plaster bas-relief covered by painted wax is a work by French sculptor Jean-Baptiste Larrivé. It is named Vaccination contre la typhoïde des jeunes reclutes and represents a vaccination session against Typhoid fever for young Army recruits. It is currently displayed (item N° 438) in the Musée du Service de Santé des Armées at the Hôpital d'instruction des armées du Val-de-Grâce in Paris.
