Villa Nobel's Museum

Many memories of Alfred Nobel's scientific and industrial activity are displayed in the Museum, along with some memories of Italian Nobel Prizes, in the basament of Villa Nobel in Sanremo. Among them, a showcase with some remains of Nobel's laboratory and a memorial of Ascanio Sobrero, inventor of nitroglycerin, whom Nobel always aknowledged and honored as a precursor of his discoveries1.
